What does "pre-order" mean?

Does Anzen call the police for me?
No. At the top two levels Anzen tells you when to call 101 or 999. The call has to be made by a real person, and that's you, because you're the one with your child.
Will I be told every time something is said?
No. Most conversations are completely normal and you won't hear about them. You're only alerted when something matters, and the level tells you how serious it is.
